1. Laying Down The Law
Get a a damn plan! It does’nt mean
you can’t enjoy the holidays it
simply means there needs to be
some form of structure
2. Schedule Workouts
Workouts do not mean you have
spend all day at the gym. If your
just starting just 20min a day can
get you feeling so much better.
3. Get your ass up!
Go out and throw a football around
after the big meal. Do not lay around
and let food sit in your stomach.
4. Down Size
Don’t deny your self a good meal, but
be smart. Try just getting one scoop of
mashed potatoes instead of two.
5. Cut Yourself Slack
Don’t give up if you pig out one night,
no one is perfect in this world.
Your body recovers half of its fuel source
(ATP) within five seconds of finishing sets.
Now allowing your body to recover
properly can lead to some serious injuries.
Try doing the double
clap pushup. Wether
it passing or shooting
or getting up after fall
ing you need upper-
body power, and this
exercise builds it. Try
for 3 sets of 5 reps.
